Our technology

Our Quiet Blade Technology

The C49 & C59 fan blades are twisted from the tip to the root, whereas most other frost fans are twisted linearly.

This, combined with the progressive increase in blade width and the rounded blade tips, reduces the 'chop chop' noise 2-blade fans make, and gives improved performance with greater coverage areas.

The twisted blades just look good too, and give the fans a stunning look on the landscape.

Our Housing

Aluminium Engine Enclosure

Fully lockable, fully enclosed powder-coated aluminium means they're resistant to corrosion and orchard sprays, and restrict rodents and birds.

Integral 490 Litre Lockable Fuel Tank

The fuel tank sits under the engine, with capacity for around 24 hours running time. A fuel level sensor prevents the engine running the fuel tank dry so it won't need to be bled if it runs out.
