Enter to win with Australian Frost Fans.

1. Ownership

1. The competition promoter is Australian Frost Fans.
2. The Promotion starts at 7am on 24 May, 2023 and ends at 5pm on 26 May 2023.
3. There is one (1) prize to be given away, and is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
4. To enter the Promotion an entrant must complete an entry form at the Far North Queensland Field Days. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Entry is limited to one entry per entrant.
6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
7. Australian Frost Fans employees and other related persons are ineligible for the prize draw.
8. The Promotion winner will be drawn on Monday 29 May 2023. Australian Frost Fans will make reasonable endeavours to contact the winner of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
9. All decisions relating to this Promotion will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
10. Australian Frost Fans reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion, amend these Terms and Conditions (including the period and entry criteria for the Promotion) or withdraw the Promotion at any time, in its absolute discretion.
11. By participating, entrants grant Australian Frost Fans permission to use their name in connection with the Promotion, and to be contacted for future sales and marketing purposes. Entrants may opt out of these communications at any time.
12. Australian Frost Fans takes no responsibility for any inability to enter due to equipment or technical malfunction.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Australian Frost Fans will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.
14. Any personal information supplied will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
